Primary Practice: Visual Artist - Painting & Drawing

Experience: Megan has over 25 years of visual arts experience as a painter, arts writer and blogger, vlogger, social media manager, co-artistic director, curator, gallery & studio manager and art mentor. 

“After engaging with the Scottish Artists Union through the learning programme, I was eager to participate in Rep Training. Through this additional involvement and training, I was able to find my place within the union. I am proud that I can utilise the variety of skills learned in rep training along with my experience in the arts to help benefit fellow Scottish Artists Union members.”

Megan was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, earned a BFA with honours in painting and drawing from the University of Oregon in the United States, and currently lives and works in Edinburgh.
